Sanima Capital Limited's management team is headed by Mr. Manish N. Joshi who holds a credible experience in capital market related areas of the country. Before being deputed as the CEO of Sanima Capital, he headed the Investment Banking Unit of Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. He was also associated with Sunrise Bank Ltd. and also worked as an independent financial and management consultant before joining Nabil Invest. Prior that, he was with a boutique consulting risk and financial management firm in USA. He earned his MBA degree from IDAHO State University, USA and has substantial experience in marketing, financial consultancy and project management abroad, India and in Nepal.
Mr. Luitel holds a MBA (Finance) from SIBM, Pune and had obtained the highest CGPA in his specialization. Before joining as the Head of Investment Banking of Sanima Capital he was associated with ICICI Bank in Mumbai as a Manager in Structured Finance Group where his work involved corporate debt financing with special focus on Deal Structuring, developing innovative financing structures covering Cross BorderAcquisition (M&A) financing. He was also involved as Manager in Capital Markets Group when in ICICI Bank.
Prior to his MBA he worked as a Lecturer/Visiting Faculty at Kathmandu University and other colleges in Kathmandu. He is also conferred with Nepal Bidhya Bhushan ‘B’ for his academic achievements. He has been actively involved in the Nepalese Capital Market for more than 8 years.
Mrs.Rijal is a MBS graduate. Before being deputed as the HeadMerchant Banking of Sanima Capital she has handled Ace Capital Ltd for morethan nine years in a capacity of Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Acharya holds a Masters Degree, in Finance, fromTribhuvan University. He has had over 8 years of professional workingexperience. Acharya's career has predominantly been with Financial/InvestmentSector. Before joining Investment Banking Department of Sanima Capital as a Sr.Portfolio Manager, he was with Nabil Investment Banking Ltd. for more than 3years in Investment Banking Department. During his time at Nabil InvestmentBanking, he spent two years as a Research Analyst and then as a PortfolioAssociate.
